【摘要】:ThispartofIEC60904appliestothefollowingphotovoltaicdevicesforterrestrialapplications:–solarcellswithorwithoutaprotectivecover;–sub-assembliesofsolarcells;–modules;–systems.NOTETheterm“testspecimen”isusedtodenoteanyofthesedevices.Theprinciplescontainedinthisstandardcovertestinginbothnaturalandsimulatedsunlight.Thisstandardisnotapplicabletosolarcellsdesignedforoperationinconcentratedsunlightortomodulesembodyingconcentrators.PhotovoltaicconversionisspectrallyselectiveduetothenatureofthesemiconductormaterialsusedinPVsolarcellsandmodules.TocomparetherelativeperformanceofdifferentPVdevicesandmaterialsareferencestandardsolarspectraldistributionisnecessary.Thisstandardincludessuchareferencesolarspectralirradiancedistribution.ThisstandardalsodescribesbasicmeasurementprinciplesfordeterminingtheelectricaloutputofPVdevices.TheprinciplesgiveninthisstandardaredesignedtorelatetheperformanceratingofPVdevicestoacommonreferenceterrestrialsolarspectralirradiancedistribution.ThereferenceterrestrialsolarspectralirradiancedistributiongiveninthisstandardisrequiredinordertoclassifysolarsimulatorsaccordingtothespectralperformancerequirementscontainedinIEC60904-9.
