【摘要】:p>Reliablevaluesoftheplasticpropertiesofcoalsareusedtopredictorexplainthebehaviorofacoalorblendsduringcarbonizationorinotherprocessessuchasgasification,liquefaction,andcombustion.1.1Thistestmethodcoversarelativemeasureoftheplasticbehaviorofcoalwhenheatedunderprescribedconditions.Thistestmethodmaybeusedtoobtainsemiquantitativevaluesoftheplasticpropertiesofcoalsandblendsusedincarbonizationandinothersituationswheredeterminationofplasticbehaviorofcoalsisofpracticalimportance.1.2ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.3Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.

【摘要】:Thispracticedetailsthetestspecimensizesandtestconditions,namely,theroom-sideandweather-sideairtemperatures,andthesurfaceheattransfercoefficientsforbothsidesofthetestspecimen,whentestingfenestrationproductsinaccordancewithTestMethodC1199.Thethermaltransmittanceandconductanceofaspecimenareaffectedbyitssizeandthree-dimensionalgeometry.Testsshouldthereforebeconductedusingthespecimensizesrecommendedin5.1.Shouldthespecimensizedifferfromthosegivenin5.1,theactualsizeshallbereportedinthetestreport.Manyfactorscanaffectthethermalperformanceofafenestrationsystem,includingdeflectionsofsealedglazingunits.CareshouldbeexercisedtomaintaintheoriginalphysicalconditionofthefenestrationsystemandwhileinstallingitinthesurroundpanelThethermaltransmittanceandconductanceresultsobtaineddonot,andarenotintended,toreflectperformancesexpectedfromfieldinstallationssincetheydonotaccountforsolarradiationandairleakageeffects.Thethermaltransmittanceandconductanceresultsaretakenfromspecifiedlaboratoryconditionsandaretobeusedonlyforfenestrationproductcomparisonsandasinputtothermalperformanceanalysesthatalsoincludesolarandairleakageeffects.1.1ThispracticecoversstandardtestspecimensizesandtestconditionsaswellasthecalculationandpresentationofthethermaltransmittanceandconductancedatameasuredinaccordancewithTestMethodC1199.Thestandardsizesandconditionsaretobeusedforfenestrationproductcomparisonpurposes.Thespecifiermaychooseothersizesandconditionsforproductdevelopmentorresearchpurposes.1.2Thispracticedealswiththedeterminationofthethermalpropertiesofafenestrationsysteminstalledverticallywithouttheinfluencesofsolarheatgainandairleakageeffects.Note18212;Todetermineairleakageeffectsoffenestrationsystems,TestMethodE283orE1424shouldbereferenced.Note28212;SeeAppendixX1regardinggaragedoorsandrollingdoors.1.3Thispracticespecifiestheprocedurefordeterminingthestandardizedthermaltransmittanceofafenestrationtestspecimenusingspecifiedvaluesoftheroom-sideandweather-sidesurfaceheattransfercoefficients,hhandhc,respectively.1.4ThevaluesstatedinSIunitsaretoberegardedasthestandard.Thevaluesgiveninparenthesesareforinformationonly.1.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
