【摘要】:ThisdocumentestablishestherequirementsfordevelopingandimplementinganeffectivePipelinePersonnelQualificationProgram(qualificationprogram)utilizingacombinationoftechnicallybaseddata,acceptedindustrypractices,andconsensus-baseddecisions.TheStandardalsooffersguidanceandexamplesofavarietyofmethodsthatmaybeusedtomeetselectedrequirements.TheStandardspecifiestherequirementsforidentifyingcoveredtasksthatimpactthesafetyorintegrityofpipelines,forqualifyingindividualstoperformthosetasks,andformanagingthequalificationsofpipelinepersonnel.Withthefollowingexceptions,thisStandardappliestotasksthatimpactthesafetyorintegrityofpipelines:(a)designorengineeringtasks(b)tasksthatareprimarilyintendedtoensurepersonnelsafety
