【摘要】:1.1Thispracticecoverstheminimumrequirementforandmethodsofinstallationforrigidpoly(vinylchloride)(PVC)fencingsystemsandfenceaccessoriesinareaswherethemaximumfrostpenetrationdoesnotexceed30in.[76cm].Inallcases,referalsotothespecificmanufacturer''sinstructionsforinstallation.1.2Thispracticeisintendedtoguidethoseresponsiblefororconcernedwithinstallationofrigid(PVC)fencesystems.1.3Thispracticedoesnotprecludeanytestmethodthatisproventogiveequalorbetterperformanceunderanyweather,soil,orfrostconditions.1.4End-useandapplicablecoderequirementsshallbeconsideredinthechoiceoffencestyle,spacing,height,andinstallationmethod.1.4.1Paddockfencingforlivestockmayneedtobemoredurablethanperimeterfence.1.4.2Residentialfencestylesmaynotbedesignedforbalconyorguardrailuse.1.5Thevaluesstatedininch-poundunitsaretoberegardedasstandard.Thevaluesgiveninbracketsareforinformationonly.Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappropriatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplicabilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
