【摘要】:ThisInternationalStandardspecifiesaliquidchromatographicmethodforthedeterminationofthechioramphenicolcontentofthemuscletissueofmeat,includingpoultry.Themethodissuitableforthedeterminationofchioramphenicolcontentsgreaterthan6,5μg/kg.Testsampleswhichhavedeterioratedcannotbeanalysedwiththismethod.NOTEThisInternationalStandardmaybeapplicableforthedeterminationofthechioramphenicolcontentofallkindsofmeatandmeatproducts.However,materialsotherthanmuscletissuewerenotincludedinthecollaborativetestingofthemethod.
