【摘要】:BSEN1916specifiesrequirementsanddescribestestmethodsforprecastconcretepipesandfittings,unreinforced,steelfibreandreinforced,withflexiblejointsandnominalsizesnotexceedingDN1750orWN/HN1200/1800,forwhichthemainintendeduseistheconveyanceofsewage,rainwaterandsurfacewaterundergravityoroccasionallyatlowheadofpressureinpipelinesthataregenerallyburied.Thescopeincludespipes(collectivelyreferredtoas“jackingpipes”)intendedtobeinstalledbypipejacking,microtunnellingorothertrenchlesstechnology.ThispartofBS5911specifiescomplementaryrequirementstothoseinBSEN1916forunreinforcedandreinforcedconcretepipesandfittings,asprovidedforinthatEuropeanStandard,withnominalsizesnotexceedingDN1500forcircularpipeswithbaseandWN/HN800/1200foregg-shapedpipes.FullrequirementsforreinforcedconcretecirculartrenchandjackingpipeswithnominalsizesgreaterthanDN1750,butnotexceedingDN3000,arealsospecified.Inadditiontopipesandfittingshavingacircularcross-section,BSEN1916alsocoverscircularpipeswithbaseandegg-shapedpipes,neitherofwhicharewithinthescopeofBS5911-100.However,theseproductsarenowmanufacturedintheUnitedKingdomandsotheyhavebeenincludedinthispartofBS5911.SteelfibreconcretejackingpipesarenotmanufacturedintheUnitedKingdomandsoareexcludedfromthispartofBS5911.BSEN752,BSEN1295-1andBSEN1610dealwiththeplanning,design,installationandtestingofdrainsandsewers.ThePipeJackingAssociation’s“Guidetobestpracticefortheinstallationofpipejacksandmicrotunnels”[3]isasourceofadviceontheuseofjackingpipes.
